Business account and a customer may have paid Friend and family.

I am a new Business. A customer ordered 160.00 invoice. I sent the invoice. She sent me a message that she paid. I looked and the invoice was not paid. I told her I did not receive a payment. She then said she forgot to hit the send button.. A few moments letter messaged me and said she paid. I go to PayPal still no payment. Now she told me she paid through friends and family and to look in my history. I am not seeing a history, any money received, I don’t see friends and family. I am did not receive an email from PayPal stating that money was sent though friend and payments. I just want to make sure she did not pay me. IF she somehow paid though friends and f family I want to return it. I also wonder if she is trying to scam me.
