PayPal & Buffarea Scam! Warning!!!

Description

I paid through PayPal to Buffarea in 4/2020 & haven’t received the item 6/23/2020. I Filed a complaint with PayPal in May. finally got a response from Buffarea. Gave a tracking # saying item shipped 5/22 which I filed for refund before. I requested a refund 3 times & Buffarea keeps giving me a tracking number but it will not give the location of the item. PayPal has not helped in anyway at this point with my case being over the date in May to give my refund, a month over what the said. It looks as if PayPal is involved with this scam!! There’s multiple community complaints about this scam from members who use PayPal. What can we do to get our money refunded?! Freaking china BS scam websites giving the front that you are order from a store located in the US!!
