I am a longtime ebay and paypal customer. We found two small fraudulent charges on my credit card and immediately canceled the card and received a new one in the mail. Paypal set my account as Limited » which means I can’t purchase anything I sent the resolution number multiple times in a chat session and have not received a response Nobody to call at ebay or paypal to assist. I am stuck. Can anybody help me? Thanks in advance. «
