Another issue with Shenzhen Lijuan Trading Co., Ltd

Off a Facebook ad (should have known) I ordered a puzzle mat and roller from Shenzhen Lijuan Trading Co., Ltd. It was $39.99. No way to contact the company. Took a month to arrive and it was not as described, worth about $2 and was missing parts. No return info. Not what was shown in the ad. I filed a dispute, which takes forever. If PayPal doesn’t refund my money, I am going to use Venmo and credit cards going forward. It’s taken two weeks and now PayPal is reviewing the info for two weeks. I’m not sending it back at my cost. I’ll never get a penny back. Very upset a dispute requires this much time. Don’t order anything off a Facebook ad!!
