Wrong seller fee charged by Paypal

Hi, I’ve just sold an item on eBay UK for £3 (accepted buyer’s offer from original price of £4) + £1.40 postage. Total amount buyer sent was £4.40, Paypal fee £0.45, amount received in my Paypal balance £3.95. However my own calculated fee is: £4.40 x 2.9% + £0.3 fixed fee = £0.43, not £0.45 I know the difference of £0.02 is very insignificant but it still leaves question in me. This is not the first item I sold on eBay and for the other transactions the Paypal fees were exactly P&P x 2.9% + £0.3. Has any of you any idea how they came up with the £0.45 fee? This would be helpful for my future reference if this happens again with a higher price item. Thanks a lot in advance! Jo
