WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS AND LIMITED ACCESS: CAN’T CHANGE THE PRIMARY EMAIL

I have accidentally registered a wrong email with PayPal. I don’t receive and emails and wasn’t able to confirm the email. I just noticed it today that I registered the wrong email. I linked my card on this account and I was able to purchase on the first day of registration which was yesterday (Dec 1,2020) Today I realized that I placed the wrong email. And the email registered in my paypal account is not mine. I cannot change my email since my account is limited. I badly need to change the email since I don’t know who owns the email currently registered in my Paypal account.
