where is the paypal support!!!!!!

Description

my other paypal account has been hacked and closed since yesterday morning, I created this account to contact paypal support, I sent more than 30 messages and no response, I tried by phone, there is only short message on the answer machine telling the working hours while I was already talking during the working hours and no one answer me, I tried to communicate with paypal support through twitter and no response since yesterday up till now, I tried on facebook they run answer machine…. how may I talk to someone from paypal customers support !!!!
