WHERE IS PRE-APPROVED PAYMENTS 2021

Hello! I recently linked my PayPal on a website and an email was sent to me by PayPal saying that I need to approve something. They’ve given me vague instructions and so far, I can’t find the « pre-approved payment » button that they are referring to. But I somehow stumbled upon my settings and under PAYMENTS, I saw AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS. But when I tried clicking the « Manage Funding Sources », it would always lead me to « An unexpected error has occurred. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later. » Please help! I tried refreshing it and it has been hours since then!
