Game app winning monies

Description

I have been trying to get my game app money submitted. I have snap shot photos of the money being submitted and saying I should receive it from pay pal with in 2-8 weeks. the games have been binded to my pay pay. Has anyone out there have any issues like this? been fighting this since Nov. 01,2020.
any help would be greatly appreciated. I sure would hate to think Pay Pal is involved with false advertising and scamming people with the game apps and game app stores.
