When is PayPal going to improve this horrible customer support service?

Description

There is no way to call Paypal customer support.
There is no way to send them a message as their support is randomly available and whenever I send a message it says customer support agent is not online and that I can take help from articles.
Even if it is Covid and we are all in a horrible situation but still majority and when I say majority Majority of the huge enterprises are operation or atleast have adopted some from of work (like work from home to stay operational). But I guess PayPal doesnot care.
Please let me know if PayPal is planning to improve their customer support anytime soon or shall people start looking for other alternatives.
