Understanding PayPal credit

Hi all, I set up my first PayPal credit to pay for my new gaming pc on 10/01. All went well and the paypal credit amount is showing in my app along with the options to make payments, so I assume its worked. However, the £100 I paid towards it from my bank account has yet to be removed from my account is this normal? Moreover my PayPal credit is showing as pending. Its quite important this pc gets sorted ASAP as it is also my work computer, I’m assuming that as long as the PayPal credit was set up successfully the merchant site should still dispatch the pc as if I paid outright, am I correct?
