I made the mistake of ‘messaging’ the customer first for a request on the disputed item but agreed to refund him for the inconvenience. However, the ‘refund’ link option disappeared after the ‘message’ link was hit. What do I do now? The amount under dispute is ‘on hold’ in Paypal. Michael J Ming
