Over the last year paypal has gone way downhill, the fact they steal the fee from you when you refund people is bad but bad enough is their customer service. i have $7K in dispute, a dispute that the customer closed over a month ago but Paypal has not resolved it. It used to be that Paypal was a preferred method of payment for people but since we dropped paypal from our options our sales have actually gone up. Bye paypal, you pushed a 2 million dollar a year client away, if youre reading this you should drop paypal, i bet you see an increase in sales and profitability
