Scammed on 2 items paid threw invoice

New to paypal and I believe i was tricked in to sending someone money for items that i will probably not receive I have tried to contact both of them and I keep getting excuses from one that says Hold on ill get it and never ends up getting me the tracking info but assures me its shipped and I have another who has given me a tracking number for amazon and has sent the item threw amazon to me which I dont believe is possible any help on getting a full refund would be amazing this is my first and last purchase threw paypal and will now just buy items threw a reliable store thank god i requested an invoice
