scammed and can’t get my money back

I purchased 2 crafting cabinets or so I thought when they finally came in what I received was 2 plastic containers that look like a tackle box. When requesting to get my money back they told me to ship back. I wouldn’t have had a problem with that but I already paid for shipping to have it delivered to me. Now they are asking me to ship back to China which cost more than my refund. Now PayPal denied my request because they don’t give you the option to dispute their request to ship back. The seller is refusing to send me a shipping label. How do I get this money back? I should’ve known better to buy anything from a Facebook ad
