Scam and Fraud

Description

I sent out a pair of shoes on Thursday and were supposed to arrive on Saturday which they did. They buyer wanted me to request the money so I did and I did. But whenever the shoes arrived he blocked me on everything and the transaction still says pending. The transaction id is U-4JG14661GC2436315 and his transaction ID was U-27V829482N7025727. I have more proof that the shipment did in arrive and I want my money that he hasn’t paid me. I have all the screenshots that prove he scammed me. Solved! Go to Solution.
