I am a victim of an elaborate scam on a known fraudulent website . The seller offers only PayPal as a payment option. The name of the website is PD Store ( Parksondragon ) https://parksondragon.com/. The merchant completes the sale and provides a phony tracking number for UPS. When the product does not show up, the buyer contacts the merchant to open a claim with UPS for lost package. The merchant never responds. Then the buyer contacts PayPal for a refund. PayPal then denies the claim based on the phony tracking number information from UPS saying the package was delivered. I have video surveillance from the time and date proving that no UPS delivery was made. I have proof from Better Business Bureau that website is a fraud. https://www.bbb.org/article/news-releases/22748-online-retailer-pd-store-fails-to-deliver-products Not only have I been scammed but so has UPS and PayPal. PayPal doesnt seem to care
