Returns postage

Description

Hi, I have a returns issue (case 293575385257). I have an item to return but the item comprises two separate quite large parcels. I printed two identical returns labels and attached one to each parcel. Unfortunately the post office told me I couldn’t return both parcels using the same postage label so in the end I’ve only managed to send one of the 2 parcels. I therefore require a second postage label for the unspent item please
