Return postage

Description

I received an item that the seller admittedly shipped by mistake. Now in order to receive a refund of $59 i must return the item to China at a cost of $20. I have attempted to contact PayPal to see if there is anyway to get reimbursed for the return shipping but have not be able to speak with a person. Just emails back and forth since September 19. Now i have only a few days to get this telescope » which looks like it came out of one of those grab machines outside of Walmart back to China. This is BS why should i have to pay for the sellers mistake or maybe it’s fraud. I thought PayPal protected me the consumer in cases like this. Anyone have any suggestion? »
