I returned an item to a seller on Depop. She agreed to refund me through PayPal and transfer the money for postage. She has refunded me the original cost but is now refusing to give me the money I paid to return the item. How can I get this back? She is rude and thinks it’s funny so I’m done trying to communicate directly with her. At this point it’s not even about the money it’s the principle. Solved! Go to Solution.
