Hi My landlord needed to refund me some money so I supplied them my Paypal details…however they didn’t add my Customer Ref/ID to the transaction. So the current status is the funds have left their account (confirmed) but not reached mine. Obviously I have no activity around the payment because it has not been tagged with my Customer Ref/ID so Paypal does not know where to allocate the funds. **Who can resolve this?…presumably I can’t because technically because I can’t prove the funds are destined for my account or indeed even for me!. The mistake sits with the Landlord and their failure to correctly reference the payment…. as they are the ones who initiated the transaction only they can correct the error…is that right?? Thanks.
