Refund money not in my bank account

Hi everyone, on the 13th of June I received a refund for an order I placed the day before and immediately cancelled. Payment for 747,00 € was made through my usual bank account. 10 days later today, the money is nowhere to be seen and even though I contacted PayPal yesterday morning, I haven’t received any reply from customer service. I’ve been through all the help docs but it seems like the most one should wait to get the money back is around 72 hours, which were due 7 days ago. Does anyone know what’s going on? I also called PayPal now (it’s 9 AM ontuesday here in Italy) and the automatic reply tells me that their offices are closed and are open only from 7 AM MON to FRI. P.S. I also checked my credit cards, you never know they made a mistake, but there’s no trace of the refund. This is causing me big problems because to me 747 € is quite some money and I’m unable to access it after 10 days. Solved! Go to Solution.
