Description
Good Afternoon, I made a purchase and at the time of purchase the amount was USD $593.63, this purchase was canceled and a refund was issued. The problem is only USD$549.92 where refunded. The amount is the same in MXN. Why would I receive less? If the transaction is on a USD credit card shouldn’t the refund be issued exactly the same. Just doesn’t make sense to me I would be loosing USD $43.71. Thank you for the help,
