Receiving pay

Hey, I am new to this. I just created an account about a week back and didn’t link my bank account as I just wanted to keep the money in the PayPal account for the time being. I received some money by doing some task and I gave the site my PayPal email address. I even received an email regarding the transaction. The email asked me to go to resolution center but I don’t know what to do after that as the resolution center was blank except the word There are currently no cases in your queue » And I didn’t get any money in my account (PS: I have already confirmed my email address) »
