Problem faced with fake website and fake tracking number

When I was searching for Amazon Kindle deals, I got below site in google search on top. This site has only kindles. All fancy photos just like amazon and has trademark of amazon too at the bottom. This is backed by Shopify cloud platform it seems. It has fake counter that says, only 14 items in stock to push you to complete the transaction. What ever the payment method you chose, it will connect to only Paypal. In the site, there is no e-mail or phone number for customer service. The e-mail provided was fake. You don’t receive any receipt. You don’t have any option to cancel the order or retrieve the payment. In Paypal, the transaction is recorded as Groceries. I have raised a dispute but seller provided a fake tracking number that has my area address. Since seller has provided tracking number, the dispute was closed. I never received the shipment as the tracking number provided was not addressed to me. To raise conflict with UPS, they need seller phone number and e-mail id. As those details are not available in their website I couldn’t proceed. I was trapped by the loop hole in Paypal process. If this payment is made from individual credit card, I would have stopped it immediately. Do you have any similar experiences? Whom should i report to get the justice.
