I need to send an buyer a prepaid shipping label so he can ship back an item to me. After I sign in to PayPal, I can create the label but I am confused on the shipping address. I can’t edit the Ship From address.
Ship From: This should be the buyers name.
Address
City, State, ZIP
Ship To: This should be me.
Adress
City, State, ZIP
I can’t edit the Ship From information because it automatically comes up with my name.
How do I fix it?
