Potential phishing??

Hello, I have received an SMS that reads as follows:
’PayPal: We have limited your account due to safety concerns. Please visit before we are forced to close your account’
Personally I don’t believe the URL is legitimate, and the text came from the phone number , which does not match the usual paypal contact formatting.
When Ihave logged into the PayPal app I haven’t received any notifications about any limitations, nor potential closure of my account, however i would just like to be safe.
