Paypal refund not showing on my Reovlut

Description

I have been issued a refund on Monday 14th September but as yet it is not showing on my Revolut card. Revolut told me to issue a dispute which I did but to be honest I know it’s from their side. I have also received an email from PayPal to tell me that a refund was issued. Is there anyone who can help because PayPal (with all its organization, stuff and profits they make) does not even have online chat right now because of COVID. Pfff, knowing they should be the first to offer online help.
