Paypal fee

Hi Everyone,
I’m a new member of Paypal. I have a question relate to Paypal fee, since it’s quite hard for me to seek for the answer from their website, hope someone can help me here:
I intend to transfer an amount of USD 2,819.2 to a friend in China, they said that if I send that amount, then when they receive money, it would be deducted. Can anyone advise me how much fee I have to pay from Vietnam and how much my friend would be charged in China? Thank you all so much!
