PAYPAL CREDIT INSTALLMENT REPAYMENT HELP

Hi, I recently used Paypal Credit to buy an item that came to a total of £538.99 with an interest rate of 14.9%, it’s set to come out in 24 installments and I have set up a direct debit. The purchase was made on the 19th of October, but no payments via Direct Debit have been made yet and it says I have no pending payments? This is my first time using PayPal credit so I’m not sure if I have to manually make the payments or something else, I just don’t want to make any payments late or be charged any extra. I have tried to speak to someone about this before, however was told to call PayPal which I can’t currently do, so any help via here would be much appreciated.
