I sent a payment in error for £650 which wasn’t made and Paypal reversed it back to my account (which I was happy about). However,the next day the person managed to take the amount back out of my account. I no longer had the funds in there as I had moved them back to my savings account and it has made me £650 overdrawn. How is this possible when Paypal refused the payment the first time.
