Payment from Balance

Description

I have a customer ordering from my Organizations website, and it looks like Instead of taking the money owed from my paypal balance, the entire balance comes to my paypal account, and then my organization charges my personal linked card for their product fees. Why won’t the product fees come from my paypal balance and I just receive my commission as leftover in my balance? I looked through all of the settings. Is this something I am missing or is this how it is done?
