Description
Target billed me as each item shipped but I’m still having to pay the pay in 4 payments. They have declined my claims to remove the charges and they have told me to contact the merchant and they are saying pay pal is doing this to many people. If they do not remove the charges from target or the pay in 4 and reimburse me for my payments, I’m going to sue PayPal. I have tried everything to get them to not charge me double but they have. This is insane.
