PAY-IN-4 ERROR

Hello. So on 11/08, I purchased a tire on Walmart.com. During the transaction, I opted in for Pay-in-4, but was declined. I finished the transaction with a normal PayPal Credit payment, but then I saw two charges: -PayPal Credit as intended -Pay-in-4 first payment Well, turns out my Walmart order never finished processing and, 12 days later, I got a refund. The Pay-in-4 is still labeled as “pending” after 12 days. I kept getting lost in the automatic CS system and finally got a human after two hours of tussling with phone numbers. They said the only way I can get help with this is if I: -Go to Message Center/Chat -Start a conversation -Say “Redirect me to Global Afterpay” -Wait WHY IS THIS SO DIFFICULT TO RESOLVE?!
