Pathetic experience on dispute things

Description

I have ordered a bike on Jun.. and still did not get it.. when i tried to raise dispute.. PayPal contacted Seller and they gave one of Tracking id where it does not show address, only show city and which is also in my city .. which shows item was delivers on Jul-01 in mail box.. how bike can be delivered on mailbox.. when i contacted Post office they confirmed tracking # does not belongs to my address and its small package.. As per Paypal suggestion i was following up with USPS Franklin IN Postmaster head and she has shared one document where USPS confirmed that tracking# does not belongs to my home address which was given as shipping address and package weight was only 15oz where Bike weight is much more bigger than 15oz.
