I ordered a tree service and after 1 month of the run around decided I did not want to use the service. I informed them and asked for my deposit back. I paid in cash and they reflected it in paypal on the invoice for the job, since it is not a complete transaction I cannot dispute it, and they will not refund after repeated contact.
