Case ID PP-D-63991230 Hiya this woman is claiming money back for no reason she paid for my item knowing it had a missing gem and I also stated on my Depop that I do not do returns and she knew this I have screenshots so please close this case. I even circled on Depop the missing gem and wrote it in. I even have 5stars and amazing reviews. She is trying to get her money back so she can keep the bracelet for free.
