None refunds

Right since covid started and we were all locked in the internet was the only way to shop so on Facebook there are companies selling goods so twice I have brought and not received items I sent all relevant info to PayPal but PayPal as refused to pay me back I’m guessing it’s because they can no longer reach these companies so easy way out is to deny me my rights so I will now push this into the courts at home in England which I have been told will cost PayPal as I’m clearly not in the wrong I will also be pushing for compensation has this is very distressing
