need urgent help regarding receiving money

hi guys, just a backstory, i wanted to dropgrade business to personal alc hence i thought pressing close account would help me to downgrade , only looking back on hindsight i realize the downgrade requires writing in. hence due to this deactivation, i have two concerns . first concern is a payment that is processing for withdrawal to my bank alc would the withdrawal process be put to halt due to account termination? second concern is i deactivate my alc and someone send me an payment to that email, what would happen to that payment? appreciate everyone inputs
