my paypal is hacked

Description

I got a wrong transaction on the 20th of October. when I wanted to reach PayPal it was saying that my password is wrong. when I entered my email to receive a new password, again, I was saying the email is wrong, even tho I used to receive email from PayPal at the same address till September (and still have them in my inbox). The wrong transaction in 500 Euro and for me as a student is one month of my living. It is huge money. I can’t stop crying. Does anyone know how to fix it? PayPal is not safe unfortunately and I lost a big money on it.
