My Ebay sales went into an old Business Paypal Account in error

Hi, I have recently started selling on Ebay May 28th to be precise, not realising that the Funds were directed to my old Business Paypal account as apposed to a new personnel Paypal account I just set-up, so all I can think is because money has gone into this old account which would be 2 years old and there is now activity they have put everything on hold and now want every Directors names and address, Date of Births and what colour underwear they have on, now there is no chance of getting this information so is there any chance of Paypal transferring the funds from this old Business account to my new personnel account, any help or advice would be greatly appreciated as I have tried to phone them Direct and gave up after 1 hour of been on hold, Thanks in advance.
