Re: My Claim with PayPal for £21.04 After being told by eBay to open a case with PayPal which I did until PayPal decided to refuse my case for a refund of £21.04 even though the eBay seller had already said via eBay they would give me a full refund which did not happen. Then the seller made me an offer for £15 via PayPal which I refused, PayPal then closed my case in favor of the seller, the eBay seller made an offer of £15.00 refund because they no they are in the wrong and now the eBay seller are very happy with PayPal because they don’t have to pay me anything even though the is selling rubbish and getting away with it because of stupid judgments made by PayPal. What is wrong with PayPal and what happened to: My Consumer Rights? “Act 2015â€. “THESE GOODS ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSEâ€. Therefore goods sold by business sellers must not be inherently faulty at the time of sale, must match any description given to them, they must be fit for purpose, defect free, safe and durable. Theses goods are NOT fit for purpose and NOT defect free and are NOT durable as they did not work as described which it states in PayPal’s email sent to me.
