Money on hold

Description

I signed up for a PP account in early April and received a payment from my business partner. I was told I had to wait 21 days or complete 10 payments without complaints, or wait 60 days in order for my money not to be on hold anymore. I recently received another payment. The 21 day period ends in early June, but I needed the money. So I got my partner to send me 10 more payments in order to reach one of the goals required to not be a “new seller.” The money is still on hold. I contacted PP on twitter (worked before) and no response. It’s getting so frustrating because it’s already not ideal to pay so much fees to PP when their service is so slow and money exchange rates are so high. What can I do to receive my money already?
