Omg i cannnot bekieve they have the right to do this. I decided to put my money into my paypal account , because i am buying so much online. I drew a quater of it out, with no problem. I was doing a christmas present order online today of which there will be no discount tomorrow, only to find iut i cant pay for it bevause they have frozen my account. On the first page they said talk to ebay, i went through the online resolving procedure but it would not let me load my passport in any format.i phoned them, after waiting 50 minutes to be connected i finally got through, after a whole hour of me doing everything the woman suggested despite doung it all prior to the call, i went through the whole process 14 times of loging in etc, it made me feel quite sick. I told the woman i needed to access my lawfully and legally owned money because my 83 year old mother was rushed into hospital and had surgery last night, i needed a taxi to get there and to buy her some things from the shop to take, 5 hours later i am still here with no money , not abke to take my mother her things. Ive actually used paypal for over 20 years, this is the second time theyve done this to me, i suffer with depression and now i am in pieces, this really should not be allowed. Let me put in and take out £1000 Last week and then just stop my access to MY money , i really am distraught
