I oredered an item back in June that I never received. I thought I was ordering a Nintendo Switch. It’s been over two months and still nothing. The website I ordered it from had false contact information and I tried e-mailing several times receiving no response. I requested a refund from PayPal and now they are informing me that I have to send back the product to receive a refund and they closed my case. There is no product to return! HELP
