Item not as described

Description

I bought a “new” computer for my husband and it’s not as described it doesn’t seem to be of the quality of a new computer and just doesn’t work as it should for the specks advertised. I tried to go through eBay but since the seller offered no returns they were able to cancel and close the case. So I escalated to a claim on PayPal and it’s now under review. Im just concerned we won’t get our money back and be stuck with a very expensive piece of junk.
