Hello, Is there any issue going on with confirm receipt » . I am a new seller on paypal and the payment I received from a customer is on hold. When I asked the customer they are saying that there is some issue with Confirm Receipt and It will take around 2 weeks for it to get resolved. I dont know if others are facing this issue. If someone can have any info about this please share. Thanks for your time. »
