Help!

I don’t understand why, because I’ve never had this issue before! But it’s been almost 2 weeks and PayPal have my money on hold for an item I’ve sold on eBay. I sent it, and it was delivered within 2 days, I had positive feedback and I also sent the dispatched receipts so there was 100% proof it got delivered. My PayPal account is 100% up to date. I’ve sold items whilst this money is on hold and that’s been absolutely fine! Just this 1 item. Even the buyer was saying it’s unusual for them to keep on hold after I sent PayPal proof of delivery & dispatch on their message system (that they never reply to) and because of Covid19 the UK number just rings and hangs up as it says no agents are there. Anyone had the same thing with a solution? It’s driving me me mad!
