The seller did not send me the product and no tracking number before. I reported this to PayPal at the Resolution Center. And now I have an open case. But I got an email from PayPal that they will automatically close the case unless I log in to the Resolution Center and escalate it before July 26, 2020. But now I don’t know that, I don’t know exactly how I have to do it. Can someone please write me a procedure. Solved! Go to Solution.
