Held payments

Description

I was sure I purchased and Ipsy marketplace order for $12 – $11.99 and it isn’t shown in my activity. Because I reported payments that weren’t ok with me, I know have to get a new card and I didn’t want a new card because I have payments coming off the card I have now. Will Ipsy still get there payment? And when will it show in activity or my transaction? I purchased Ipsy Glam Bag same time I ordered add ons that was charged $5.26. That’s on my receipt but not my Glam Bag from same store at Ipsy.. Please help me!
